Counselling

A place to feel understood as you navigate change at your own pace

I provide counselling for adults experiencing mental health challenges and alcohol and other drug concerns. I also support family members and loved ones affected by someone else's substance use.

You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or low mood, feeling overwhelmed or struggling with your emotions. This may be affecting your relationships, work, or how you feel about yourself. Your relationship with alcohol or drugs may also be something you want to address, either on its own or alongside your mental health.

Whatever is happening for you, counselling offers a space to explore it at your own pace. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and together we will work towards the goals that matter to you.
